Did you know: any ACP, Inc. oven that produces 1800 watts and above can be utilized for steaming? Doing batch cooking? The RC30S2 is the oven for your operation. It can steam two four inch deep half pans of product at once, which could be as much as 8 lbs. of vegetables!
