Ingredients

• Light brown sugar - 2 tbsp. (25 g) • Old fashioned oats - 1/3 cup (29 g) • 1 egg • Fresh blueberries - 1 handful, approximately 2 oz.(57g) • 2% milk - 1/3 cup (2.75 fl. oz.)(78mL) • Ground cinnamon - ¼ tsp. (0.7 g) • Sliced almonds - 1 tbs. (8 g) - find it in the baking aisle • Shredded coconut - 1 tbsp. (5 g) - find it in the baking aisle • Additional 6, fresh blueberries

Procedure

1. Place all ingredients, except almonds, additional blueberries and coconut in mixing bowl and mix 20 seconds. Make sure egg is well-beaten. 2. Pour into ceramic bowl 3. Place in oven at the above settings. 4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with almonds and coconut flakes. 5. Place berries over top. 6. Serve immediately.
