Italian Turkey & Cheese

1. Place four slices of roasted turkey on parchment paper.
2. Top with two thin slices of pepperoni.
3. Add two slices of fresh mozzarella and fresh basil leaves, if desired.
4. Heat and serve on Kalamata Olive Bread slices.

Tuna Melt

1. 113g homemade tuna salad place on a slice of deli swirl bread and topped with a think slice of provolone cheese.
2. The second slice of bread is toasted alone. Toast open faced.

Meatball Sub

1. Cut French Bread loaf in half.
2. Open bun and place three hot meatballs with marinara sauce on bun.
3. Cut a thin slice of provolone cheese in half and place on bun opposite meatballs. Toast open faced.

Hot Ham & Cheese

1. One slice of Muenster cheese and three slices of Oscar Mayer smoked deli ham sandwiched between two buttered slices of bread.

Southwestern Chicken Sandwich

1. Cut onion, red, and yellow bell peppers into strips.
2. Drizzle with olive oil, place on griddle to cook.
3. Place fajita chicken strips on griddle after two minutes, along with sun dried tomato bread slices.
4. When ready to serve, add Colby jack cheese.

Grilled Cheese

1. Place one slice American cheddar cheese on top of each slice of bread. Toast open face.

Ciabatta Chicken Sandwich

1. Slice ciabatta bread in half and place on metal pan. Spray with cooking spray. Toast for 2 minutes.
2. On separate pan, heat chicken and 1 slice provolone cheese for 1 minute.
3. Place chicken and cheese between toasted ciabatta bread.
4. Add caramelized onions if desired.
