Preheat pizza stone inside of the JET for at least 15 minutes to 475°F (250°C).
Roll out pizza dough so that it measures 14” (35 cm) across.
Spoon and spread tomato sauce on top of the dough.
Sprinkle and spread shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce evenly.
Sprinkle shredded parmesan on top of the mozzarella cheese.
Drizzle olive oil on top of the pizza.
Use flour or cornmeal to sprinkle on the pizza peel for easy transfer onto pizza stone in JET.
Bake at the recommended settings.
Serve immediately.
