1/3 cup cooked crumbled bacon
100g finely shredded Mexican
Style Four-Cheese Blend
4 eggs
177mL milk
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1/8 tsp black pepper

Procedure

1. Bake thawed 228mm pie crust at 180°C for three minutes at 30% power.
2. Place mushrooms, green onion, spinach, bacon, and cheese in pie crust.
3. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over ingredients.
