Nacho Cheese

  1. Open cans of cheese and pour into pans (1 cheese can per pan).
  2. Place both pans inside MSO and heat at the above settings.
  3. When cook cycle ends, remove pans (with mitts).
  4. Check temperature after stirring (at least 165°F (74°C)) throughout pan.
 Serving suggestions: Serve over chips or fresh broccoli.

New York Style Cheese Pizza (fresh dough)

  1. Preheat pizza stone inside of JET for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Roll out pizza dough so that it measures 14” (35 cm).
  3. Spoon and spread the tomato sauce on top of the dough.
  4. Sprinkle and spread shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded parmesan on top of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Drizzle olive oil on top of the pizza.
