Ingredients

Tuna Salad (prepped beforehand)
  • White Solid Albacore Tuna – 2 cans (5 oz. each) drained well
  • Light mayo – ¼ cup (2 oz.)
  • Hard boiled egg – 1, chopped
  • Dill pickle relish – ¼ cup (65 g)
  • Salt – 1/8 teas (0.7 g)
  • Pepper – 1/8 teas (0.6 g)
Sandwich
  • White bagel
  • Cheddar cheese slice
  • Tuna salad – 3 oz. scoop

  • Time: 0:40
  • Microwave Power: 60%

Procedure

1 .Place bagel on ¼ sheet pan lined with a parchment sheet. 2. Place 1 slice of cheese on bagel bottom. 3. Place 1, 3 oz. scoop of tuna on bagel top. 4. Place on bagel top. 5. Place in preheated JET at the above settings. 6. When cook cycle ends, remove tuna melt. 7. Serve immediately.
