Veggie Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 zucchini
  • 8oz halloumi cheese
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 oz garlic
  • 1 oz oregano
  • 1 oz basil
  • 10 oz hummus
  • wraps

Steps

  • Step 1

    Marinate vegetables and halloumi cheese in olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil and parsley

  • Step 2

    Grill vegetables and cheese in XpressChef 3i beforehand for 1:30 at 475°F

    Place your wrap in the oven for 1 minute at 80% power
