Reuben Panini

Muffuletta Panini

  1. Spread 1 oz. Giardiniera sauce on each side of French bread slice (see picture).
  2. Place 2 slices ham, folded over, on each side.
  3. Place 1 slice of Swiss cheese on each side.
  4. Place 1 slice of salami on top of cheese (see picture).
  5. Place both halves, open face, directly in the JET on the above settings.
  6. Remove from oven with oven paddle (PA10).

Chicken and Vegetable Kabob

  1. Preheat GR10 inside oven for at least 15 minutes
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least one hour.
  3. Alternate chicken breast, peppers, and onions so that there are 4 pieces each on a kabob.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Lightly coat kabob with olive oil spray.
  6. Carefully place 2 prepared kabobs on preheated GR10 and heat at the suggested cook time.

Tuna Melt

1 .Place bagel on ¼ sheet pan lined with a parchment sheet. 2. Place 1 slice of cheese on bagel bottom. 3. Place 1, 3 oz. scoop of tuna on bagel top. 4. Place on bagel top. 5. Place in preheated JET at the above settings. 6. When cook cycle ends, remove tuna melt. 7. Serve immediately.

Cheese Pizza, New York Style (fresh dough)

  1. Preheat pizza stone inside of the JET for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Roll out pizza dough so that it measures 14” (35 cm) across.
  3. Spoon and spread tomato sauce on top of the dough.
  4. Sprinkle and spread shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded parmesan on top of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Drizzle olive oil on top of the pizza.
