Roasted Red Peppers

1. Cut bell pepper in half lengthwise, remove stem and seeds.
2. Place cut side down on pan.
3. After cooking, cover with foil for five minutes, then peel off outer skin.

Roasted Garlic

1. Cut bulbs in half, leaving ends in tact.
2. Place cut side up on parchment lined baking sheet.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
