Pita Chips

1. Cut into eight wedges, split apart, brush with olive oil.
2. Season with kosher salt and coarse ground pepper or other seasonings.

Parmesan Crisps

1. Spread one Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese into 5cm diameter circles on parchment lined baking sheet.
2. After baking, and as soon as crisps hold their shape, remove from pan and place on paper towels to cool.
